Des Moines's Baconfest has been a hot ticket for the last few years.  It has become a literally 'tickets sold in five minutes' event.  So, much so that it has moved to one of the large outdoor buildings at the State Fair grounds.

Popularity draws attention, which is probably why next year, they're getting protested.

However, Bacon still remains delicious.
